Jake Thackeray is a highly motivated and results-driven Active Life Professional (AL-P) with a passion for helping young athletes reach their full potential. With over 5 years of experience in personal training, Jake specializes in developing safe, effective, and personalized training programs that optimize athletic performance.

Larissa Thackeray CSCS- Owner/Coach
Larissa has been a World-class athlete for the past 14 years. She’s trained with some of the best coaches all over the world, and has coached athletes from different age groups.
She has been through injuries and learned that the best approach to her health is to work body and mind together.
She is currently working on her Graduate of Neuroscience and Mental Training.
