About Us

Coach Jake Thackeray
Jake is a Performance Enhancement Specialist, who decided to leave construction and become a
coach after his church mission.
He enjoys Trail Running, Weightlifting, as well as Spartan Racing.
Jake believes that longevity is the main goal of exercise.

Coach Larissa Paes Thackeray
Larissa is a professional Speed Skater, a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Graduate of Neuroscience and
Mental Training for Sports.
She has competed internationally since the age of 15, and understands the challenges that athletes face.
