Run Your First 5K
Without Breaking Down
The 8-Week Beginner 5K Complete Bundle
THIS PROGRAM IS BUILT FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE READY TO STOP GUESSING.
If any of these sound familiar, you're in the right place.

✓You want to run your first 5K but don't have a clear plan to follow.
✓You've tried to start running before but got hurt or gave up before race day.
✓You know you should be doing strength work alongside running — you just don't know what that looks like.
✓You want one complete plan where the running and strength work are already figured out together.
WHAT'S INCLUDED?
EVERYTHING YOU NEED.
NOTHING YOU DON'T.
Two programs, fully integrated. Your running and strength sessions are built to complement each other — so you're not guessing how to combine them.

8 WEEKS OF RUNNING WORKOUTS
Progressive run/walk intervals that build to continuous running by race day.

8 WEEKS OF STRENGTH TRAINING
Running-specific strength sessions with warm-ups and cool-downs that target the areas running alone can't develop.

BFP RUN-READY ASSESSMENT
A 10-checkpoint assessment at Week 1 that looks at your movement, nutrition, hydration, and lifestyle habits — so you know exactly where to focus.

WEEK 8 REASSESSMENT
Rescore all 10 checkpoints at the end to see exactly how far you've come.

COACHING MESSAGES THROUGHOUT
Automated check-ins and guidance delivered at key moments across all 8 weeks.

DELIVERED THROUGH THE BFP TRAINING APP
Everything in one place — your workouts, schedule, and messages all in the app.
THE 8-WEEK PLAN
A CLEAR PATH FROM DAY ONE TO THE FINISH LINE.
Every week builds on the last. Nothing is random.
WEEKS 1–2: BUILD THE FOUNDATION
Run/walk intervals, strength foundations, and movement quality. The goal is not to run hard — it's to build a base strong enough to build everything else on.

WEEKS 3-4: BUILD THE BASE
Longer runs, increased strength load, and growing endurance. Your body has adapted — now we build on it.

WEEKS 5-6: BUILD ENDURANCE
Sustained running, fewer walk breaks, and strength under fatigue. This is where running starts to feel like running rather than surviving.

WEEK 7: PEAK
Your longest runs and final strength push before taper. This is your highest point of training.

WEEK 8: TAPER & RACE
Volume pulls back on purpose. You arrive at race day fresh, strong, and ready — not worn down.
One-time payment. 8 weeks. Everything Included
