BFP NUTRITION COACHING

You Don’t Need Another Workout. You Need Someone Watching Your Plate.

Standalone nutrition coaching for people who want real macro-based guidance and a coach adjusting their plan every two weeks — no training program required. $149/month.

Most Nutrition Advice Is Generic — Or Comes With A Gym Membership You Didn’t Ask For.

A calorie app gives you numbers. It doesn’t tell you what to do when the numbers stop working. And most coaches won’t touch your nutrition unless you’re also paying for training. BFP Nutrition Coaching is built for people who just want the nutrition side done right.

How It Works

1. Nutrition Intake

Sit down with a BFP coach for an in-person or virtual 60-minute session. We look at how your body actually moves.

2. Your Custom Macro Guide

Get a personalized Precision Nutrition Guide with real macro targets, plus a Smart Meal Planner-built meal plan to match.

3. Check In & Adjust

Track your macros in-app. Every two weeks, we review your numbers together on a call and adjust your plan based on what’s actually happening.

What’s Included

•    Personalized Precision Nutrition Guide with full macro targets
•    Full calorie/macro tracking (protein/carbs/fat)
•    Smart Meal Planner-generated meal plan and grocery list adjusted at every check-in
•    Biweekly virtual check-in call
•    In-app habit tracking

Built For People Who Want Their Nutrition Coached, Not Just Calculated.

This isn’t a one-time calculator or a generic app. It’s an actual coach reviewing your numbers every two weeks and adjusting your plan as your body responds — the same system our training clients use, without the training attached.

$149/month — 3-Month Program

No long-term contract beyond 3 months. Just a program built for you, and a coach checking in along the way.

FAQ

1. Do I need to also sign up for training? No — nutrition coaching stands entirely on its own.

2. Is this medical or clinical nutrition advice? No — this is nutrition coaching and education, not a substitute for medical care. If you have a medical condition, we’ll recommend working alongside a registered dietitian as well.

3. Can I add training later? Yes — many nutrition clients add on Online Coaching or in-person sessions once they’re ready.

4. How often do my macros get adjusted? At minimum every two weeks, during your check-in call — sooner if something isn’t working.
